Community standard

Guidelines for a useful builder forum

These rules keep XFlow Community professional, searchable, safe, and fair. They protect real contributors and keep ranks meaningful.

How to ask a good question

Describe the goal, exact error, what changed recently, the app or project involved, and what you already tried. Include safe snippets or logs when they materially help.

How to write helpful replies

Explain the reasoning, name assumptions, include concrete next steps, and prefer tested fixes over guesses. If you are unsure, say what evidence would confirm the answer.

How XP and ranks work

XP is earned from meaningful contribution events such as quality posts, helpful votes received, accepted solutions, and accepted reports. Rank cannot be bought.

What helpful votes mean

Helpful votes should reward useful answers and clear threads. Self-reactions, duplicate reactions, and suspicious vote loops do not count toward meaningful XP.

No spam or XP farming

Do not post repetitive promotions, irrelevant links, low-effort content, reciprocal vote schemes, or artificial engagement loops.

No harassment

Keep critique focused on code, product decisions, design, and workflows. Personal attacks, targeted abuse, and intimidation are not allowed.

No secrets, API keys, or tokens

Never paste API keys, passwords, private tokens, customer data, production credentials, or sensitive logs. Redact before posting.

How reporting works

Reports go to global forum moderators. AI can assist review, but moderators make final decisions and preserve audit records.

What moderators can do

Moderators can hide, lock, pin, feature, review reports, inspect edit history, reverse XP, and issue warnings. Workspace admins do not automatically moderate this global forum.
