Covered ecosystem apps
Billing Authority
Verixet is the checkout, billing consent, trial, subscription, usage, credit, entitlement, and bundle authority for the ecosystem.
XFlow and satellite apps must not independently activate paid access unless Verixet confirms the current entitlement state.
Free and Trial Plans
Free plans do not require a payment card unless a user upgrades. Trial plans must disclose duration, renewal price, billing interval, included apps, and cancellation terms before paid access begins.
Trial eligibility may be limited by email, workspace, payment method, domain, account history, abuse signals, or prior ecosystem use.
Renewals and Cancellation
Paid plans renew according to the billing interval selected during Verixet setup unless canceled before renewal.
Cancellation, downgrade, refund, failed-payment, and account-credit behavior is governed by Verixet and the applicable payment processor records.
