Terms of Service
Ecosystem Terms of Service
Version 2026-05-02. The terms that govern account creation, app access, workspace use, Verixet handoff, acceptable use, and paid ecosystem access across all six apps.
These pages are written as public product policy surfaces for the ecosystem and should be reviewed by counsel before being treated as final legal advice.
Covered ecosystem apps
Scope
These Terms apply to XFlow, Verixet, Rataify, AudAiX, WordGeni, Crevux, and any ecosystem account, workspace, dashboard, API, trial, subscription, usage credit, or entitlement that connects those apps.
XFlow may create the first ecosystem account and workspace. Verixet remains the authority for secure billing, legal consent, trial terms, entitlements, usage, credits, subscription state, bundle logic, and access governance.
Accounts and Workspaces
Users must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and only invite people who are authorized to access the workspace.
Workspace owners are responsible for user access, role assignments, connected apps, uploaded content, billing choices, and activity performed through their workspace.
App Use
Each app provides its own product surface while sharing ecosystem account and governance services. XFlow coordinates control-plane visibility; Verixet governs billing and access; Rataify, AudAiX, WordGeni, and Crevux provide their app-specific workflows.
Users may not bypass authentication, tenant isolation, rate limits, entitlement checks, billing checks, abuse controls, security controls, or provider policy limits.
Customer Content and AI Output
Users are responsible for content they submit, generate, upload, connect, review, monitor, or publish through the ecosystem.
AI-assisted output may require human review before business, legal, medical, financial, employment, or safety-sensitive use. The ecosystem does not guarantee that generated output is complete, accurate, lawful, or suitable for every purpose.
Suspension and Termination
Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated for nonpayment, security risk, suspected abuse, unlawful activity, policy violations, or use that threatens the ecosystem, customers, providers, or the public.
Verixet entitlement state may control whether paid features remain available across any app.
